Challenge #58 - Diamonds

The Diva's challenge this week has a guest host by CZT Diana Hirsch asks us to use the Four Diamond Fund logo as our string or inspiration. The four diamonds stand for Strength, Honesty, Wisdom, and Courage. Penn State University’s Dance Marathon—lovingly called THON —is an annual event that benefits The Four Diamonds Fund at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital.

I tried to incorporate the feeling of music and dance in the top floating diamonds and show the organic interaction of the four diamond logo throughout.

This is a wonderful cause for this week's challenge.

  3. Oh, Dani, this absolutely flows! The diamonds are present, but relaxed and having fun. You captured excitement with the tangles you used, and incorporating the words and diamonds at the top really makes this dance. It is soft, yet it has Strength. A wonder-full interpretation of my challenge. Thank you, thank you for the Courage to share your art! Diana Hirsch

  5. I really like the way you worked the words in across the top. Your composition really has movement to it. I missed the Sanibelle challenge last week - I love it! The under the sea feel is great and i love the merperon.

  6. I do really get the feeling of movement in your top area with the curving of your script. The diamond theme holds throughout.
